How this site works, and what it does not do

This site is operated by Soluciones Deportivas BKT, S.A.S. de C.V., doing business as GOLF° IN MEXICO°. We are a golf trip planning service and an independent advisor of Fora Travel, Inc.. We are not a travel agency: we do not sell travel, and we do not take payment for it. You can reach us at hello@golf-in-mexico.com.

The trip builder helps you compare golf trips in Mexico, shape one to your group and request a quote. It is a planning tool. Nothing is sold and nothing is paid on this site.

Every price on this site is a planning estimate, built from published high-season rates with taxes estimated. It is not an offer, and it does not hold a price or a place. The price of your trip is the one in the written proposal we send you, once you accept that proposal.

Your stay, your rounds of golf and your transfers are provided by others: hotels, villa operators, golf clubs and transport companies. Your contract for each service is with its provider, under that provider's own terms, including its rules for cancelling or changing. Each provider charges you directly; we never hold your money for travel.

Hotel stays are booked through Fora Travel, Inc., the host agency we work with as an independent advisor, and you pay the hotel. Private villas, such as those at Punta Mita and Cocobay, are booked with the company that operates them, which charges you directly. We plan the trip, arrange these bookings with you and stay your point of contact.

We charge for planning, and only for planning. On hotel stays booked through Fora Travel we may earn a commission, paid by the hotel through Fora; a villa operator may also pay us one. Neither changes the rate you pay. The GIM Concierge Fee is an optional planning service that we charge directly, $100 per golfer at the time of writing; the fee that applies to you is the one in your proposal.

Fora Travel, Inc. is registered as a seller of travel: California Seller of Travel Registration No. 2151995-50, Florida Seller of Travel Registration No. ST43973, Washington UBI No. 605329242, British Columbia CPBC License No. 88694 and Ontario TICO Registration No. 50027942, as it states in its own terms of use. Bookings made through Fora are also subject to Fora's terms. Fora is not licensed in Quebec, so hotel stays cannot be booked through Fora for residents of Quebec.

If, during your first 36 hours on the trip, what you receive is not what your written proposal described, we refund the GIM Concierge Fee in full. The promise applies to trips that include the GIM Concierge Fee; it does not apply to trips where we only make the bookings. To claim it, write to hello@golf-in-mexico.com.

We aim to reply to a quote request within 36 hours. Asking for a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Course pages are independent reviews. Green fees are the rates each club publishes on the date shown, and they can change. Some courses are open only to members or to guests of a given hotel; access is confirmed in your proposal, not on this site.

Course names, tournaments, designers and rankings belong to their owners and are cited as facts. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Photos that are not ours are credited to their owner; the photo credits page says whose they are and how to ask for one to be removed.

We use the details you give us to prepare and send your quote, as our privacy notice describes.

Because each service is provided by its own provider, we are not responsible for how a hotel, a club or a transport company performs, for changes they make, or for events outside our control such as weather, closures or flight changes. You are responsible for your travel documents and for any travel insurance you choose to take.

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. The terms in your written proposal are the ones that apply to your trip.
