Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) handles 82.9% of US traffic — Los Angeles (12.5%), Dallas (10.7%), Phoenix (10.5%). SJD handled 2,000+ private operations in January 2025 with its own dedicated FBO terminal. Several Corridor resorts arrange direct tarmac-to-villa transfers.

Getting to courses

The Corridor stretches 20 miles along Highway 1. Most courses: 15–30 min from SJD. Pre-arranged private SUV transfers are the standard for traveling golfers. Uber is legal but frequently restricted from entering the deep security gates of elite private clubs.

Between courses

The Corridor holds the majority of top-tier courses. Build 45 minutes into your schedule for mid-day traffic. San José del Cabo: cultural backdrop, quieter evenings. Cabo San Lucas: marina, nightlife, 79% hotel occupancy.

No. Premium rental sets — TaylorMade, Callaway — are available at all major courses for $50–$80 per round. Serious golfers will still prefer their own. Airlines typically charge $35–$50 each way for a golf bag. Quivira and Twin Dolphin offer current-year sets at their pro shops. Club rental is never a reason to skip a course in Los Cabos.

Most are cart-mandatory or strongly cart-recommended. Desert terrain, dramatic elevation changes, and distances between holes make walking impractical.
